Sean Dale, 24, of Millerstown, was charged with felonious assault, having weapons while intoxicated, and possession of marijuana after shooting his friend on Wednesday morning over a dispute during an early morning card game.
Jason Lockwood, 31, suffered gunshot wound to the left thigh and right hip and is being treated at Mercy Memorial Hospital in Urbana. According to authorities, Dale asked Lockwood to leave his home, but he refused and Dale shot him.
Lockwood moved to a nearby family member’s home before police found him.
